Sound Baths are a guided meditation experience. Relax in the most comfortable setting while the practitioner uses various instruments, including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, tuning forks and others, to help tune and adjust physical, emotional and even spiritual vibrations on a deep level. Sound therapy uses various instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, tuning forks and others, to induce deep relaxation and to promote cleared energy fields. Individual sessions can be purely sound based or can be added to a massage.

There is no charge to add essential oils to your massage or sound therapy treatment as we feel that they are immeasurably beneficial to the experience. If you would prefer to have no aroma, please let your therapist know before your treatment.
